How to Install/open Google play store in ViaTV ?
About installing apps in viatv is not supported by Vianet officially. But but here is one trick that you can follow to install any apps in ViaTV including Google play store.
Here is steps to follow:
Step 1 : First of all you need to connect internet in ViaTV through ethernet/ WiFi . Using WiFi is recommended by Smart Help Nepal To install Google play store in ViaTV.
Step 2 : Open YouTube in ViaTV and login with same Google account which was login in your phone. [ An android phone is recommended]
Step 3 : after login in YouTube on ViaTV. Follow the following instructions in your phone.
>>> Open Chrome Browser
Open Google play store web version in chrome browser.

>>> Now Search ATV launcher
Direct Link to ATV launcher.

>>> Now Click on Install in more devices & select amalogic IM69 device & then click on Install. Now enter your Google account password and the installation will be starting in background of ViaTV. Wait for about 5-10 minutes for installation.
>>> To know ATV launcher is installed in ViaTV or not click on Install on more devices again then you will see {amalogic IM69 - your device already have this item installed} - It means now atv launcher is installed in ViaTV.
Step 4: Restart ViaTV [ by unplug and pluging ViaTV set-top box from electricity socket. ]
Now select ATV launcher as default launcher & you will find Google play store will be available in ATV launcher home screen. Now you can install any apps in ViaTV.
